Use of equipment such as boxing gloves/mits, speed balls, reaction balls, skipping ropes, punching bags, and stationery cycles makes Fitbox a great overall cardio workout whilst challenging strength and endurance at the same time. Ideal for all fitness levels as you work at your own pace. No experience necessary, you'll be taught by experienced Fitbox instructors. |
