Group fitness classes are a great way to get into shape while having fun in a group environment. Classes range from 45 minutes to 1 hour, with a large variety to choose from. You are sure to find something you like!

GRIT STRENGTH - HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT

 
A 30 minute high intensity workout, using a variety of equipment and body weight based exercises which will challenge you both in strength and fitness.  Utilising "interval training" as a base, you'll be physically challenged then allowed to recover with continuous short bursts of activity and rest.  Action packed and sure to deliver great results.
