CARDIO HIT is 30 minutes of high intensity cardio interval training utilising treadmills, cross-trainers and upright and/or recumbent bikes in the air-conditioned cardio area. 3 rounds of Tabata style cardio interval training with 1 round of strength work using tubes to finish. Great for fitness and calorie burning and suitable for all levels of fitness.
