IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION

To meet our COVID19 responsibilities, we have put in place some operational guidelines as per the COVID-Safe Plan for the Fitness Industry.,

During Stage 3, there are a number of public health directives we need to follow –

OPERATING HOURS - INCLUDING 24/7

STAFFED OPERATING HOURS –

From 12.00 noon Friday 3 July 2020 –

Monday – Thursday 5.30am-8.00pm

Friday – 5.30am-7.00pm

Saturday – 7.-00am-11.00am

24/7 access available – **YOU MUST BE A 24/7 MEMBER TO ACCESS THE FACILITY OUTSIDE OF STAFFED HOURS**

ZONES

Zones are no longer required under Stage 3 Operating Guidelines

SESSION TIMES

Session times no longer apply under Stage 3 Guidelines

HYGIENE

Cleaning cloths will be supplied to each member as they enter the facility.

  • Cloths should be used to clean the common touch points on equipment used
  • On exit, cloths should be placed in the bins provided
  • Cloths will then be laundered for reuse under Health Department guidelines

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS

  • Card payments only will be accepted
  • Do not bring cash as it will not be accepted as payment

MEMBERS AND VISITORS MUST

  • Enter via reception at the front of the building
  • Sanitize your hands on arrival
  • Bring a large clean towel and use the towel on equipment
  • Use the disinfectant and cloths provided to wipe down the regular touch points on each piece of equipment before and after you use it
  • Maintain a 1.5m social distance as you move around the Club
  • Bring your own water bottle
  • Exit via the sides of the building or tennis court as indicated by signage
  • STAY AWAY if not well (cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath and fatigue)

CHILDCARE

Childcare (ages 6 weeks – 12 years)  will be offered as follows –

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 11.00 am

Monday – Thursday – 4.30pm – 7.30pm

Saturday – 7.30am – 9.30am

  • No bookings required
  • Children permitted to stay for 90 minutes maximum
  • DO NOT bring children if they are unwell.
  • Children’s temperatures will be taken on arrival. Children with a high temperature or who show signs of sickness (eg runny nose, cough, sore throat) will be turned away

MEMBERSHIPS

Direct Debit –

  • All direct debit memberships will be reactivated on Monday 15 June 2020.
  • Direct Debit memberships can be put on hold free of charge until 1 August 2020 by ringing Debit Success on 1800 148 848.

Paid in full –

  • All Paid in full memberships will be reactivated on Monday 15 June 2020.
  • Paid in full membership expiry dates will be extended by 84 days (23.3.20–15.6.20 closure = 12 weeks)
  • Paid in full memberships can be put on hold free of charge until 1 August 2020 by emailing admin@redbankplainsgym.com.au

Casual Entry –

  • Non-members can use the facilities between 5.30am – 7.00pm Mon-Fri and 7.30am-9.30am on Saturday mornings  for a Casual Entry Fee of $15 per entry

Fitness Passport –

  • Fitness Passport holders can use the facility for a $5 entry fee per visit until Fitness Passport reactivates their service.

 

CHANGE ROOMS AND TOILETS

  • Showers and change room facilities will be available
  • Toilets will be available

EMERGENCY EVACUATION

  • In the event of an emergency, existing emergency evacuation procedures should be followed
