GROUP FITNESS CLASS GUIDELINES
Group Fitness class guidelines –
To satisfy 1.5m social distancing requirements and Covid Guidelines the following will apply –
- Group Fitness Room – 40 maximum per class
- Outdoor Training – FIT45 – 68 maximum per class
- Cycle Studio – RPM – 25 people maximum per class
- Bookings are not being taken for any of the classes
- The Group Fitness and RPM rooms will be open 10 minutes before class start time
- Spots/bikes cannot be held or reserved for other people
- Once maximum numbers are reached the doors will be closed
- All social distancing and hygiene guidelines must be followed before, during and after classes
- Once the class is finished, please leave immediately unless you wish to continue your workout
- In FIT45 classes use a cloth and the sanitizer provided to clean the touch points of equipment used as you travel around the stations.
- In all other classes, equipment must be cleaned with paper towel and sanitizer at the end of each class.

Mornings
Monday – Friday – 9.00am – 11.00am
Saturday – 7.30am-9.30am
Evenings
Monday – Thursday – 4.30pm – 7.30pm
*Children are permitted to stay for a maximum of 90 minutes per session
