A Personal Trainer is a qualified health professional designed to help you achieve your desired goals within the quickest timeframe possible. What a Personal Trainer will do for you is manage your time at the Club. Whether you would like to come in 1 day a week or 7 days a week, we will manage an exercise routine based on your time available. We can design workouts that can be as quick as 24 minutes such as using the Nautilus ExpressWay. The most important part is that your program is realistic, achievable and motivating. You can even have your own Personal Trainer with you each session for an even more rewarding and challenging experience. Conditions Apply*
A Personal Trainer will monitor your progress to make sure you are heading in the right direction to achieving your goals. Regular reassessments measuring body fat, blood pressure, heart rate and measurements will record your progress throughout your program. Your Personal Trainer will help motivate you to achieve your goals and keep you on track and accountable.
